Exchanging or returning online orders
Items that have been ordered online at cober.nl that are not customized or made especially for you, can be exchanged free of charge or returned within 14 days. This can be done in our store, or by returning the item to us by post, in its original packaging. Custom-made jewellery or items made to order cannot be returned.
Please make sure to include your name (name of the purchaser), address, phone number and the reason for return in your returns parcel, to ensure that the purchase price can be refunded onto the correct bank account. Please advise us of any issues with the product.
As you would be legally responsible for any damage that might occur whilst the item is being returned, we advise you to ensure the item is securely packaged. Any damages that might occur in transit will be deducted from the refund amount.
Because Cober Jewellery cannot be held legally responsible for any returns that are not received, we advise you to send your return by registered post,insured or an alternative tracked service and to keep your proof of postage in case any queries arise. Return costs are to be borne by the customer.
Items can only be exchanged or returned if they meet the following conditions:
* The item is new and has not been modified
* The item is not damaged and shows no traces of wear
* The item is still in its original undamaged packaging
* The item is not custom-made or made to order
Any item that does not meet the above conditions, cannot be accepted as a return. Under these circumstances, the customer would be notified, and the item would remain the customer’s property.
If the above conditions are met, Cober Jewellery will refund the purchase price within 7 working days. Refunds can only be issued to the account that was used at the time of purchase. If the payment was made using iDEAL, the amount is refunded onto the bank account that was originally used. If the payment was made using a Credit Card, the amount is refunded onto this card.
If you would like to exchange an item, you will be contacted by a Cober Jewellery team member to assist you with this. If there is a price difference, we will arrange any required payment adjustments with you.
