Special and/ or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. Because we are not able to verify whether a visitor is over 16 years old, we would advise parents or guardians to be involved in their children’s online activities, to avoid collection of data on children without parental consent. How long do we keep personal data?

Cober Jewellery will not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected. You can request your data at any time and/or have your data (name, phone number, address details and email) deleted. If such a request is made, we will erase your data within 6 weeks.

We will keep your e-mail address on our mailing list until you unsubscribe. Every email you receive from us contains a link that allows you to unsubscribe from one or more of our mailing lists.
